History of Bicentennial Athletic League

The Bicentennial Athletic League, which was founded in 1975-1976, was established to create competition among schools of comparable size and to determine a champion.

The original member schools, listed alphabetically, were:

1976: Christopher Dock joined the BAL.
2005: MaST Charter joined the BAL.
2007: Phil-Mont Christian Academy and Devon Prep joined the BAL.
2008: Delaware County Christian School-(DC)-joined the BAL.
2010: Springfield Township School District joined the BAL.
